A “Guest”

This hairball has been hanging out in the alley for a few days and waltzed into the house today as if he belonged here. According the neighbors he is a local stray. The vet says he is pretty healthy, though under weight, with paw pads are badly swollen, matted fur, and a too-small bracelet clamped around his neck. No microchip, so if no one claims him via the posts Mom has put out there, we are going to adopt him.
