Exploring in St Rose, LA

Due to a cold front heading our way, we have decided to ship the bike back to Denver from New Orleans and then rent a car to take us to Dallas and then home. So we rode around the (very pretty) roads surrounding Lake Pontchartrain and then dropped the bike off at the local Indian dealership to await pickup from the shippers. It is a little bittersweet but I’ve done so well that mom is hoping to get back on the road with me again in a few months so hopefully this is not the last of our big motorcycle adventures!! Plus, we still have a little wandering to do in the car before we go home 🙂
